UX issues in Google Pay(TEZ) By Romillus John

Google pay is one among my daily use apps, which helps me transfer money with ease. Recently though, my feelings towards the app have changed quite a bit due to the absence of some basic needs.

1. GOOGLE PAY DOES NOT HAVE A ‘SEND MONEY TO OWN ACCOUNT’ FEATURE.

2. GOOGLE PAY USERS MUST TAP MORE THAN 3 TIMES OR MUST SCROLL DOWN A LOT TO CHECK THE BANK BALANCE

3. MANY OF THE GOOGLE PAY USERS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE TAP TO PAY MODE FEATURE, WHICH TAKES 60% SPACE OF THE LANDING PAGE
