We don't read letter per letter. Reading is basically recognising shapes of words stored in our brains
- Focus on words not letter - DON'T FORGET CONTEXT
There are no good or bad typefaces Only bad use of typeface. our choices should hinge on where and how will the design be viewed - ALIGN TEXTS PROPERLY
Align to left edge, for horizontal align to baseline. Avoid right and 'justified' alignment, it does not result in inconsistent white space. - CHANGE BIG THEN BIGGER
When you change, change bigger! Let the variation be recognizable to create a strong hierarchy. The best way to do is by doubling the size. - TO 75 CHARACTERS
Reading long lines of text is tiring for our eyes. Our eyes need constant pauses which are provided by line breaks. The ideal width of a line of text is from 45 to 75 characters-including spaces. - LINE-HEIGHT/FONT-SIZE
Remember This:
Line-height = 120-160% of the font-size depending on the typeface - PEOPLE DON'T READ
