  • THANK YOU: Expressing gratitude correlates to a 36% increase in response rate
  • SENDER NAME: This is “whom” it is from.
  • SIG FILE: For crying out loud, put your sig file on your emails! It drives me crazy when I can’t readily find someone’s contact info. Don’t make it hard for your contacts to get in touch with you.
