Social Media Content Strategies

  • CURATED ACCOUNT: You share posts from other people’s content into a catalog of great posts. This content is extremely easy to post because you can draw from a lot of different accounts. However, it does not build an engaged following or your personal brand.
  • CURATED CONTENT: You create content using someone else’s ideas. For example, you may extract content from a book you read or a lecture you watched. You then take that content and convert it into a post.
  • ADAPTED CURATED CONTENT: You create content using someone else’s ideas, but you put your own unique spin on it. For example, you may take someone’s idea from a book and show the results from implementing that idea into your business.
  • PROPRIETARY CONTENT: You share your own ideas from your own experiences. This content is completely unique to your account and can help you grown into a true influencer and thought leader. Proprietary content usually has the best engagement.
