Every request is returned with a long monologue about how long it is going to take. Five minutes later it is done.
For The Artist, the aesthetics trump everything, including usability, target audience, and client preference.
They love to battle design changes, but verbally only. Every request seems to come with a hearty debate on why it is a bad idea.
THE BIT TORRENT
They are the office resource for any bootleg software, fonts, photos, and other assets. Ask and you shall receive.
Putting things off till the last minute is their secret sauce to speedy production. Unfortunately, it stresses out everyone else on the team.
They’ve convinced themselves that streaming Mad Men 8 hours per day counts as “client research.”
THE PING PONG CHAMPION
Their day consists of five parts ping pong competitions and three parts client work. At least those three parts are heads down and dedicated.
