5 pillars to creating your bankable online course

Creating courses especially without the right strategy and plan

Having the right strategy means that all your time and effort will not be wasted

When you have the right course launch strategy in place, you get the results you've been dreaming of

Here are the 5 pillars to creating online courses

Who what where wheh how

WHO

- CUSTOMERS: Take time to understand the EXISTING problem that your ideal customersare willing to pay for to get fixed.

- COMPETITORS: Study your competitors and discover the strategies they are using for growth.

- TEAM MEMBERS: Find the people who can help you achieve your course creation goals and let them use their gift to help you

WHAT
MILESTONES: Knowing the milestones you want your students to master is key to creating your course roadmap.

RESULTS: What are the results you want your students to achieve when they complete your course?

As you map out your course:

• What do you want your students to know?

• What will they know how to do that they didn't know before?

• What feeling will they have once they complete your course?

WHERE

CREATION TOOLS: You can launch a successful course without a huge budget, but you'll need to know a few things:

• Where will you host your online training?

• Where will students register to take your course?

• Where will your payments

WHEN

DATES: There are a few dates you'll want to consider when launching an online course, including:

• When will you enroll students?

• When will you do your welcome calls?

• How long you will allow your students to have access to your training material?

HOW

DELIVERING YOUR CONTENT: There are several learning styles. How you deliver your content is important so that your students maximize their experience and get results.

Are you having trouble creating your course?

EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CONTENT YET, YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO BUILD YOUR FIRST (OR NEXT) COURSE ALONE.
