1. Don't make the button too wide or too narrow
   Perfect horizontal padding for web: 32px
2. Don't make the button too high or too low
   Perfect vertical padding for web: 18px
   Perfect vertical padding for mobile: 18px
3. Don't make the text too big or too small
   Perfect text size for web: 16pt
   Perfect text size for mobile: 16pt

Formula for your buttons
There are 3 main sizes in buttons. Horizontal paddings should be always bigger than vertical. Vertical paddings should be always bigger than the text size.
Horizontal paddings: 32px (more on mobile)
Vertical paddings: 18px Text size: 16pt
